About Royal Thames Yacht Club
Founded in 1775, the Royal Thames Yacht Club is the oldest continuously operating yacht club in the world.
It's home is in London's Knightsbridge but it sails with the Queen Mary Sailing Club and in and around the Solent.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse overlooks Hyde Park. It has bars, restaurants and a deck - and the club prides itself on providing fine food and wines at a reasonable price.
You can stay at the club, in one of 33 cabins.
Social
The club has regular speakers, commemorative dinners and wine tasting events.
Mooring
The club has pontoons on the River Hamble and in Cowes.
Sailing
The club has a full racing calendar covering the Solent, the Isle of Wight and the Queen Mary reservoir. It also has a wonderful cruising calendar with some beautiful locations.
The club extends the warmest of welcomes to all reciprocal visitors.
